now my rollercoaster emotions are alright so uh yeah. but i still feel sick

i've been really stressed out lately and i just snap for no reason sometimes, and i usually embarrass myself and say/do things i regret.

i have to take the ACT test this weekend and i am so scared. i hate that test so much
